Cleaning solvent for deflux/deoil (Replacement of dichloromethane) and Fluorinated cleaning solvent (trichloroethylene, HCFC141b or 225) for next generation.

Kaneko Chemical Co., Ltd successfully developed brominated cleaning solvent replacing chlorinated cleaning agent (e.g. dichloromethane, trichloroethylene, trichloroethane), and has been manufacturing and selling multiple types of product, which base is 1-bromopropane (=n-propylbromide) to meet customer's various demands. In addition, we also developed fluorinated cleaning agent for future generations (its ODP is almost zero and small GWP, less toxic) replacing Freon HCFC-141b, 225.

e Clean21 series performs the same detergency and drying power as trichloroethylene and has no flash point; that makes it handled easily. It does not include either chlorinated solvent or chemical which act against the Japanese Prevention Regulatory for Organic Solvents and is earth-friendly since its GWP and ODP are nil or nothing. You could use this solvent with the current cleaning equipment for Freon and ethane and are able to obtain ISO 14000 by adding machines to collect and recycle the solvent.

e Clean 21F series is fluorinated solvent based cleaner for the next generation. It is developed replacing HCFC-141b and 225 and is less toxic and earth-friendly due to its zero ODP and low GWP. You could clean variety of targets such as PCB, electronics parts, precision parts, metal parts, plastic parts, rubber parts, ceramics, glass and so on. Its property of small surface tension enables to clean into finer spots.
You could also use your current cleaning equipments for Freon and hydrocarbon continuously without any major changes and could get ISO 14000 by facilitating equipments to recycle and collect.
